Community Solutions Assessment

We’re currently facilitating a Community Solutions Assessment, a project designed to listen to individuals with disabilities, their families, educators, service providers, and local employers. Our goal is to identify what’s working, where the gaps are, and how we can build programs that reflect the real needs and strengths of our community.
