4. Annual Reports
As a newly established nonprofit, our first Annual Report will be published following the conclusion of our initial fiscal year. We are committed to transparency in our impact and operations, and will share annual updates here as they become available.
5. IRS Form 990 Filings
ACBC files IRS Form 990 annually in compliance with federal nonprofit requirements. As this is our first year of operation, our initial 990 filing will be made at the end of our fiscal year and posted here for public access when available.
6. Donation Disclosures
All donations are processed securely via Personal Checks or through our donation collection partner GiveButter. GiveButter automatically sends tax-compliant donation receipts to donors by email following successful contributions. These receipts include all necessary information for your tax records.
In addition, ACBC can provide donation receipts upon request. We do not sell or share donor information. Refunds for donations may be considered on a case-by-case basis by written request submitted to [Insert contact email].

10. Bylaws

ACBC is committed to ethical practices and accountability. Our Whistleblower Policy protects any individual who raises concerns regarding suspected misconduct, fraud, or violations of law or policy. Reports can be submitted confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
